My name is Mallory Boley, I am a certified personal trainer. I started weight training 7 years ago and have a passion for health and fitness. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy being outdoors. I love hiking, downhill mountain biking, running and snowboarding. I also love sports and strength training in the gym as well as running half marathons. I am a wife and a mother to two very active boys, so I need to be able to keep up!
As your personal trainer I will teach you how to make your work outs more effective and see results. We will keep track of your progress and customize a nutrition plan for you using real numbers by calculating macronutrients to help loose fat without compromising lean muscle. I will teach you that you can have a healthy relationship with food.
I believe in living a balanced life. You are more than a number on a scale. Remember your worth and that being healthy and enjoying the things you love is important. My goal is to help you be confident in the gym and have the knowledge to be able to do this on your own.
