I started my love of exercise over 8 years ago. My trainer at the time lit a fire in me that is still going strong today. I am a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and a certified nutrition coach. I have enjoyed training all fitness levels and ages. I've trained people in their homes and I am teaching several group fitness classes in the X-train room. My background has had a lot of cross-fit influence but I program in a variety of ways to meet the needs of the people I am helping. I can modify exercises or work around injuries, or help with progressions on skills you want to learn. It's not easy to start something new but I guarantee it will be worth it. Especially when you crush your goals!
