Why do I have two sewer charges; Sewer-AF and Sewer-TSSD?
Your utility bill will show two sewer charges. These charges represent the amount paid to American Fork City and the amount we have to pay TSSD (Timpanogos Special Service District). Sewer-AF pays for the infrastructure of the sewer system and its maintenance. Sewer-TSSD pays for the processing of the waste water.
