American Fork City does not provide internet. The company AF Connect is short for American Fiber Connect and is a private internet service provider unaffiliated with the City. However, the need for better fiber and internet has been a matter of discussion among city council and the community recently. Click here to learn more about the issue.
Utility bills are due by the 20th of every month. Accounts not paid in full by the 20th will be charged a late fee. Initial applications require a deposit of $150 for residential or $200 for commercial. You may now submit a residential or commercial application online, or you can print the forms. American Fork City offers an annual dump pass to residents of properties within American Fork. This is a free additional service the City has provided to residents. These passes allow a resident three (3) free passes to dispose of garbage at North Pointe Solid Waste District, located at 2000 West 200 South, Lindon, UT 84042. Visit North Pointe’s website for rules on what can be dumped.
